Need to change the card you have on file to pay for Flybook? Whether it's an expired card or you just want to use a different card, this article will show you how to get your card updated.

If there's a problem with your current card, you've likely noticed a red banner on the dashboard when you log in to Flybook that reads "Please update your billing information to avoid service interruptions.” In that same red box is a link that reads “Click Here To Update Your Billing Information”, please click that link. Example below:

If you don't have that red banner as shown above and still need/want to update your card. please follow the steps below to update the card you use to pay for Flybook. 

  1. Go to Setup --> Internal Setup --> Account

  2. Select the Billing Setup tab

  3. You'll then see a black button that reads “Enter New Card Information”. Click that button.

  4. Enter your new card information and click "Save Card Information"

If you had issues with your previous payment method that led to a balance due, the system will attempt to charge your new card within 24 hours. If after 1-2 business days the red banner message on your dashboard has not disappeared, please enter new card information again or reach out to us so we can look up the reason your card is failing.
