As a staff member:
- Go to the account dropdown in the top right of your Flybook screen. This will display as your company name.
- Click on "My User Settings"
- Go to the "Blackout Availability" tab. (NOTE: If you do not see a calendar here then you are not set up to set your own schedule. This is determined by your manager and is adjusted from Setup > Staff > Allow staff to set their own schedule)
As a manager:
- From Setup > Staff
- Select the staff member you need to edit
- Go to the "Blackout Availability" tab

- From Calendars > Staff
- Click the calendar icon next to the staff member in the staff list
