Staff | Manage Schedule

As a staff member:

  1. Go to the account dropdown in the top right of your Flybook screen.  This will display as your company name.
  2. Click on "My User Settings"
  3. Go to the "Blackout Availability" tab. (NOTE: If you do not see a calendar here then you are not set up to set your own schedule.  This is determined by your manager and is adjusted from Setup > Staff > Allow staff to set their own schedule)

As a manager:

  1. From Setup > Staff
  2. Select the staff member you need to edit
  3. Go to the "Blackout Availability" tab

OR

  1. From Calendars > Staff
  2. Click the calendar icon next to the staff member in the staff list
