To create Deposit Settings within your Flybook,
1. Go to SETUP and click on Deposit Settings
2. Click on "Create" and give your Deposit Setting a name
3. Click "Add New Rate" and fill in the appropriate information
4. Click "Add New Rate" at the very bottom and hit "SAVE" when finished
