To add in your Cancellation Policy that will appear online when clients book a reservation,
1. Go to SETUP and click on Web Integration
2. Within the General tab, enter your Cancellation Policy and hit Save
Customers submitting a payment online will be unable to click the button to submit payment and book their reservation unless they check the box confirming that they have read and agreed to the cancellation policy.
