Tools | Gift Cards (Backend)

To sell or lookup an already purchased Gift Cards on the backend, follow the steps below. 

1. Click on your Tools icon and select Gift Cards
   
2. This will bring you to the Purchased Gift Cards screen. Here you'll enter a date range and then you'll be able to see the following information about gift cards that have been purchased during the given date range. 
   • From Name 
   • From Email
   • To Name
   • To Email
   • Code
   • Current amount on the gift card
   • The number of times the gift card has been used
   • Issued date & time
     
     If you're looking to sell a gift card on the back-end, skip to step 4.
3. From this screen, you can also click the magnifying glass which you can click to view more information about the gift card (ex. history of the gift card and reservations it's been used on) as well as cancel the gift card. 
   
   
4. To sell a gift card on the back-end, skip step 3 and click Sell Gift Card from the Purchased Gift Cards page. This will open a window to enter information for the gift card you're selling. 
   Select the gift card type you'd like to sell from the drop-down labeled Gift Card. Select the number of gift cards you're selling in this transaction (quantity) and select the amount each gift card should be for. Fill in the form details, purchaser details, and payment information. Then click Make Payment.
