Best Practices for resolving common errors on the FB
1. Clear your Cache (If you are seeing values not update or pages not refresh)
- Chrome (Top Right) customize>>More tools>>Clear browsing data>>Time Range>>Cookies and Cached Images and site data>>Clear Data
- Firefox Privacy and Security>>History>>Clear Recent History and Remove cookies for Flybook
- Safari From the menu>> or Select the desired time range>>click
- Edge Top right click the Hub icon (looks like star with three horizontal lines)>>Click the History icon (looks like a clock)>>select Select , then , and then Click After the "All Clear!" message appears, exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.
2. Allow Popups (If you are seeing links not working)
- Chrome On your computer, open Chrome>>Go to a page where pop-ups are blocked>>In the address bar, click Pop-up blocked
>>Click the link for the pop-up you want to see>>To always see pop-ups for the site, select Always allow pop-ups from [site]

- Firefox When blocking a pop-up, Firefox displays an information bar>>Click Options>>Allow popups from this site
- Safari Safari menu>>Preferences>>Security tab>>Ensure the Block pop-up windows not checked
- Edge Click the ellipsis icon (...) in the upper right corner of your web browser>>Settings>>In the Advanced settings section, click View advanced settings>>In the Block pop-ups section, click the switch to Off Pop-ups are now allowed>>To block pop-ups once again, click the switch to On.
3. Allow Cookies (If you encounter certain functions not working)
- Chrome (Top Right) customize>>Settings>>Advanced>>Under "Privacy and security," click Content settings>>Click Cookies>>From here, you can:Turn on cookies: Next to "Blocked," turn on the switch orTurn off cookies: Turn off Allow sites to save and read cookie data.
- Firefox Click the menu Hamburger and Choose
- Safari Preferences>>click Privacy>>Allow from websites I visit:
- Edge More actions button on the toolbar, and select Settings>>Search for View advanced settings and click on it>>Under Cookies section, select to either Don't block cookies (default), Block only third party cookies>>Restart Edge
4. Content being blocked by Firewall/Anti-Virus Software (Can't login or access certain pages)
- Check with Network Admin or review your security settings on AV software.
