The Client Terminal is where guests will manage their reservations. They will gain access via the confirmation email. The default terminal will be assigned automatically to all reservations. You may choose to create alternate terminals that can be assigned to specific reservations, such as a school group terminal that hides financial information. To configure the client terminal:
- Go to SETUP and Client Terminals under (FRONT END/WEB/API)
- Click Add New (for new) or on an existing terminal configuration (to modify)
- Admins will be able to modify the following settings:
- Basic Information
- Name
- Default Configuration
- Extra Details/Information
- Main Terminal Settings
- Use Smart Terminal as Default (The Smart Terminal is a version of the terminal designed to get the most information with the least amount of complexity for the guest. Areas such as questions, waivers, and payments only show up if they are required. There is also more feedback provided to the clients when they complete waivers and see if they have already completed items. The Smart Terminal does not require phone or email verification, and as a result, some information is redacted for privacy reasons. The lead client can still access the full terminal with their pin code as given to them through their confirmation email.

Note: it's best practice after you've made changes to a terminal to enter an existing reservation and "View Terminal" to preview the changes
To assign an alternate client terminal to a reservation, find the Terminal dropdown on the Home tab and select the new terminal.
