Adding/Removing Notes From A Reservation

If you would like to add a note to a reservation,

  1.  Go to the desired reservation 
  2.  Click on the plus symbol (+) in the top left summary panel next to Notes
  3.  From here you can add a free form note by adding a title and clicking Create or one with an auto-generated title, these are the titles available:
    • Sales Note
    • Internal Note
    • Travel Plans
  4.  Once added you will be taken to the note creation screen, from here you will be able to set these parameters for the note
    • Description
    • Set as Reminder (Allows admin to pick a date, a reminder will appear on the reservation dashboard)
    • Status
      • Incomplete
      • Completed
      • Ignored
    • Priority
      • Low (Green)
      • Medium (Yellow)
      • High (Red)
      • Highest With Alert (Blinking Red)
    • View History
    • Add a comment
  5.  Once the parameters are set, don't forget to save your work. The title, status, and priority will show under Notes
  6.  Admins can also delete notes once saved using the remove button
