Shopping Cart Recapture is now an available feature. When this feature is enabled, guests are prompted for their name and email after making an initial offering selection. Guests who then make it to their cart but do not complete the checkout within 30 minutes receive a friendly email branded with your company's logo encouraging them to return and complete their purchase. There is also an option to offer a temporary promotion code to encourage quick purchase action. You have the ability to set the expiration and message associated with this code.
When enabled, a 'Recovered Carts' report is available, under Miscellaneous Reports, to see what carts have been completed thanks to the feature.
