Setup | Configuring Auto Collection Rules

Note: auto collection rules can only apply to activities, rentals, lodging, and packages.

To create a new auto collection rule, 

1.  Go to SETUP and Auto Collection Rules (under TOOLS FOR OFFERINGS)
2.  Click Add New and name your rule
3.  Designate when the collection will take place by clicking from the "when to collect" dropdown. Options include:
   - Manual (Default)
   - Automatically on the First Day of Activity
   - Automatically on the Last Day of Activity
   - Specific Days Prior (Don't forget to enter custom amount)
4.   Save your work when complete
