Note: deposits rules can only apply to activities, rentals, lodging, and packages.
To create a new deposit rule,
- Go to SETUP and Deposit Rules (under TOOLS FOR OFFERINGS)
- Click Add New and name your Deposit Rule
- Select Add New within tile named "Deposit Rule Rates"
- Designate how far out the rule will apply by entering "X" for "booking days before..."
- Enter the fixed amount and/or percentage to be taken and "Add New Rule"
- Optional: repeat this process if additional deposits apply to this rule
