Flybook Questions Feature

Flybook’s Question feature allows you to easily collect information from your clients. You can set up and apply questions to a reservation, activity, rental, ticket, pass, lodge or Flybook waiver. The following videos will walk you through the setup process, reports, and how to use Question Forms with Flybook waivers. 

How to set up and apply questions: 

Helpful tips when setting up questions:

  • It's recommended that you limit the number of questions that you ask your clients to answer as clients are more likely to answer all of your questions if the total number of questions is 3 vs if the total number of questions is 30. 
  • One way to limit the number of questions asked is to ask about the exception. For example, if you have different procedures to follow for guests over 275lbs, we recommend asking "Is anyone in your party over 275lbs?" instead of asking each person to give their weight. 

Question Forms and Activities 
You can also assign Question Forms to activities. These question forms would consist of questions for your staff to complete either before or after the activity or questions that your office staff wants the guide to have the answers to while leading the activity. These question forms are not visible to your customers.
