Guest Feedback

Guest Feedback is now an available feature. When this feature is enabled, guests of a reservation can be sent an email or text reminders asking for them to provide feedback about their experience within thirty minutes of a reservation's last scheduled event completing. 

When enabled, a Guest Feedback report is available under Operational reports. The Guest Feedback report is a queued report that will present all guest feedback for the reservations that have occurred within the queried date range. A record is considered complete when the reservation feedback as well as the staff feedback has been completed. 

What it looks like to your customers when they receive the text message: 
Note: This video includes the Tip Your Staff feature as well. If you don't have that turned on, your guests will be done once they've answered the questions about their reservation and about the staff.
