Tip Your Staff

Tip Your Staff is now a feature that can be used on its own or in tandem with Guest Feedback. When Tip Your Staff feature is enabled, guests will be prompted after providing reservation and staff satisfaction to offer a tip. Guests who select to include a tip are then taken through a payment process to collect the tip via their credit card.

When enabled, a tipping report, under financial reports, is available that includes the details of tips made so you can easily tip out your staff as desired.
