Coming Soon (First Week of May 2026)
This update will be available starting the first week of May 2026. If you do not see the changes described below yet, they will be available in your account soon.
This update will be enabled by default for all users once it is released.
We’ve streamlined reservations by combining all offering types into a single Offerings tab.
Previously, offerings were separated across multiple tabs (Activities, Tickets, Rentals, Packages, Passes, Lodging, and Products). Now, everything is accessible in one place.
No functionality has been removed. Everything you could do before is still available, just easier to find and manage.
Why This Change Was Made
This update is designed to:
- Reduce clicks when navigating reservations
- Eliminate guesswork about where an item lives
- Make it easier to view everything booked in one place
- Create a more streamlined and consistent workflow
If you’ve ever had to check multiple tabs to find what a guest booked, this update removes that step entirely.
What’s Changing
Before: Multiple Tabs
Reservations included separate tabs for each offering type:
- Activities
- Tickets
- Rentals
- Packages
- Passes
- Lodging
- Products
See here:
After: One “Offerings” Tab
All offerings are now grouped into a single Offerings tab.
What Has NOT Changed
While the layout has changed, the underlying functionality remains the same:
- Booking workflows are unchanged
- Each offering type still behaves the same way
- Availability, pricing, and setup are unchanged
- Reporting is not impacted
This update only changes where you view and manage offerings within a reservation, not how they function.

- Rentals
- Tickets will show up to 50 per page by default
If a reservation includes more than 10 of any of these items, additional pages will appear.
You can increase the number of items shown per page, up to 100 items per page, using the page size selector.
Not ready for the change?
This update will be enabled by default for all users once it is released.
However, during this transition period, each user can choose which view they prefer.
- You can toggle it off to return to the separate tabs (Activities, Tickets, Rentals, etc.)
- You can toggle on the new Offerings tab to view all offerings in one place
This setting is per user, meaning each person on your account can choose the view that works best for them.
This flexibility is temporary. The new combined Offerings tab will become the standard experience for all users later this fall (fall 2026), at which point the separate tabs will no longer be available.
We recommend getting familiar with the new layout ahead of that transition.
