And, you will see an increase in the number of upsells your guests purchase onsite. You can read more about the benefits of the contactless payment feature by clicking HERE.  This feature is included as an option for those using Flybook pay, our internal processing option set up through WorldPay on the backend.

For more information about printing wristbands, see our article about Flybook Cloud Printing.
  8. Note: You can also a Contactless Payment option to a wristband after it's already been printed. You can also set the same Client Record/Contactless Payment record up on multiple wristbands so that multiple wristbands pull from the same card on file.

Using a wristband as a contactless payment option:

Once you've added an item to their cart (either within a reservation or through the POS), proceed to the take payment screen and then scan the QR code. You can scan the QR code on their wristband anywhere on the property either using a standard 2D barcode scanner (one that reads QR codes) or the scanner built into the Flybook Mobile Android App. The payment method should switch from the default of Credit Card to Contactless Payment. Then submit the payment and the purchase amount will be charged to the card and then deducted from the max allowance for that wristband.
